Melissa has finally gotten back to us with the answers for our interview with us, and it’s a really awesome read, so be sure to check it out! #1 Who was your inspiration to become a womens wrestler? (and a brilliant one at that!).
My Dad (Doug Anderson) was my first inspriation. I grew up watching him and my uncle (Bill Anderson) wrestle and attending live events together. I always enjoyed the challenge and athleticism of the in ring work. However, growing up I also loved the showman ship and glamor of Sherry Martel. Very addicting!

#2 Is there any wrestlers that you would like to work with that you haven’t yet?
Actually, I’ve been wanting to work with Ayumi for a while now. I wrestled on the same shows with her in Japan a while back and was secretly hoping that I would finally get a match with her. Hopefully one day!

#3 As far as training goes, what does it consist of for someone that’s completely fresh? I feel you’re the best person to ask, being that you have extensive training from both Japan and the United States. From what I gathered (which is not much), dojos in Japan are strict and efficient, but I’m searching for the details—the nitty-gritty, so to speak. I’m doing research for one of my stories and any information will be greatly appreciated.
When I was there months at a time, we lived in a dorm room on the second floor of the dojo. When your new, part of the duties are maintenance of the ring and facility inside and out. It also included taking care of the talent during shows like transporting their
lugguage, errands, and even cooking for them after training. That’s just a little bit right there.

Hey everyone! So sorry for the lack of updates here at the site. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much Melissa news lately, therefore explaining why the site hasn’t had an update in a while. But we’re going to continue our trend of providing flashbacks for the fans to help keep the site as updated as possible. But we want to know what flashback you would like to see! On behalf of myself and Kristine, we would both like to say Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all the visitors, and Melissa herself! This has been one heck of a year, and we are both looking forward to more successful years to come! Again, Kristine and I would like to thank Melissa for allowing us to become her official fansite!
